Reiki is an energy therapy originated in Japan, back in the 1920s by Dr. Mikao Usui. It is a simple yet powerful healing technique where the practitioner, using their hands, channels the universal vital energy to balance the physical, mental and emotional fields of the person.

Because it is a practice of intention, it can be done in person or remotely.

The practice aims to reduce stress and anxiety, relieve pain, promote deep rest, and it is an excellent way to help regulate the nervous system. It has no contraindications.

Reiki Sessions for your highest good.

Reiki Distant Healing

Through Reiki symbols and the practitioner's intention, you can receive Reiki from anywhere in the world.

To start the session, we will connect via video call to align our intentions and prepare for the transmission. After the intention is set we will disconnect from the call. You will find a comfortable place where you can rest, free from distractions, preferably lying down. I will send you a link to a music, on Spotify, to listen to while you're receiving the reiki. When I've completed the transmission, I will send you a message to let you know and guide you to next steps.

While you're relaxed in your private, comfortable place, you can take your time to integrate the energy for as long as desired.

Our time together will be 60 minutes, with an initial 10 minutes to align our intentions, 30 minutes of Reiki transmission, and 20 minutes to reconnect, integrate, and close the session. If your integration time exceeds the final 20 minutes, we can schedule a final conversation within the next 24 hours after the treatment, if you wish.
